Mountain bambooIt has adapted to the changes in climate. It can grow near the equator and it is adapted to survive any hard conditions in places like the Himalayas and Andes mountains. They are able to survive very long periods of time without sun and cold temperatures.

bengal BambooIt grows in any temperatures ranging from 40-100 degrees fahrenheit. It can grow at a very fast pace , up to 80 feet in 3 months. It is adapted to be very hydrated and it has developed vascular bundles to absorb huge amounts of water throughout the whole bamboo.

Running bambooIt is adapted to cooler conditions in places such as Northern China. It spreads underground by stems called rhizomes and can produce a big forest from one parent.
